Charmaine is very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. Using her active listing skills she really understands what the client wants and incorporates this information to come up with many options ideas visions to choose from.
She came to my home for a consultation and assessed my entire home. She listened to me and gave me many suggestions ideas for making improvements to my kitchen, bathroom,laundry area, bedrooms, stairs, living room and dining room area. She really listened to me,she gave me many options and ideas for: paint colors, furniture choices and placement,window treatments, accessories to complete the look, floor options,and showed me where to place my art.
She immediately re-organized my living and dining room by moving the furniture around. Just a few simple changes made such a difference. I continued with her other suggestions/ideas/visions and the room has really come together. It looks amazing. I received many complements. I would never have been able to do this by myself.
