Wood Finisher Associates

Frank took my table and told me that he would return it within a week refinished. After over a month of waiting, placing numerous phone calls and sending numerous e-mails, I have yet to hear back from Frank or receive my table. I am very angry and frustrated!

Frank called before coming. He came exactly when he was expected. He gave a very decent estimate, did the refinishing immediately. He left no mess, was always smiling. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend him. (sorry for my English, I am French!)

We were looking for someone to fix up the legs and arms of our dining room set which had been damaged over the years by being hit by other chairs, vacuum cleaners, etc. Most companies wanted to take the set offsite and strip and refinish. Ali gave us a quote to do the work in-house at a fraction of the cost. He came promptly and worked neatly and quietly. He even followed up a few days later by phone to see if we were satisfied. The chairs and table look good as new!
