I’m so happy with my new windows manufactured and installed by Windtek!
I had an early indication that customer service was a top priority for Windtek when Danny, the owner, answered the company phone himself and came to my house the very next day. His extensive experience in this 32 year old family business proved invaluable in selecting the best product for my application. At Danny’s invitation, I visited their state of the art factory in Vaughan. I liked the fact that Windtek manufactures their own windows unlike other companies that quoted. The quality is excellent. The windows are so easy to open and clean. And I now have wider interior window sills, beefier trim and improved visibility. And their price was competitive!
The installation team under the leadership of Jose arrived on time, worked efficiently, protected my floors and did a thorough cleanup including vacuuming. Well done!
The project was completed on time and the experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations.
