White Shark Window Cleaning

I heard great things about White Shark from a friend then checked them out here on Homestars. I contacted White Shark and they directed me to their site which allowed me to book a time for their team to come and clean out our eaves. They showed up on time and were super professional and even asked to clean out the downspouts. Great work!

Very poor experience -- avoid White Shark at all cost.

They provided a quote to remove stickers from our new windows (we specifically requested that service in writing, which they acknowledge is what exactly we asked for). Half way through the job, they knocked on door and told us it will be more than double the quote to remove the stickers. We said we weren't interested at that price and they left (our windows are still very dirty). However they never refunded our payment. I called, they said it was a miscommunication and promised to come back with correct cleaner to remove sticker residue -- but then just never contacted us again. I had to reach out a 4th, 5th and 6th time (they don't return messages, or answer during business hours). Jack then blamed us for the miscommunication (... it's in writing Jack), and again asked for more money while also refusing to refund what they already took without completing job. I spent more time on hold/calls with them than it would take to do myself.

Really, avoid this unprofessional outfit. Promised specific things on 3 occasions and didn't complete. Was left with dirty windows, working with credit card company for refund, and calling another company.

I needed my eaves cleaned as there was water build up in rain storms. I have a two storey house that required someone get on the roof. A gentleman came the next day to give an estimate and at the same time gave an estimate to clean my windows. I accepted the quote and they arrived the next day to do the work. Two polite and professional guys did the work. My biggest problem with the eaves has been solved. Glad I found this company and will use them again in the future. Good work and competitive pricing.

White Shark did a very good job painting our home exterior wood surfaces, including several windows and doors, porch and fence. The communication and pricing was clear, the workers were very friendly and easy to work with, and the work was completed quickly. Would certainly hire again.

Joel, with Tony and Mark, went above and beyond on our big house paint job recently. They worked diligently, and were always courteous, responsive and in good humour. Joel, in particular, tackled some challenging repair work with zeal and skill. A very professional team whom I would not hesitate to recommend. Bravo, fellows!

I hired White Shark to wash the windows in my condo. They did an excellent job. The teams - both booking and on site - were prompt, responsive, courteous and professional. Be aware that for condos they change an hourly rate.

Joel and his team at White Shark really wowed us. From our first meeting, Joel reassured me that the work could be done quickly, easily, and in my price range And he was right! The team arrived and prepped the area, painted in one afternoon (!), and even came back to do one small add-on, without hassle at all. Joel and his team were courteous, kind, and so very good at their job. We are thrilled with their work and will have them back for our next project. So very glad to have used the White Shark painting team.

I've been a customer of Whiteshark's for years. Most recently I was invoiced $40 more than I was quoted, and generally find their invoices to be inconsistent with their self service booking system on numerous occasions.

The workers are friendly and do a good job. And although the cost of labor has gone up, I just can't stomach the pricing inconsistencies anymore.

We were prepping our home for sale and wanted to update the tired beige and brown exterior with something fresher and brighter. Joel came out and priced the work very reasonably and then followed up with me to schedule a date. It was a big job - nearly the full perimeter of the two storey house, plus eaves, soffits and fascia, and exterior doors and door trim (lots of coats, meticulously hand painted and rolled). Crew finished in 5 days, were lovely, friendly, polite, and tidy the entire time. Would wholeheartedly recommend if you want to give your house a mini facelift with high impact for a very good price.

Roger Singh's White Shark company has been a terrific one for us, for both regular eavestrough cleaning and, most recently, an outdoor painting job. Roger is affable, reliable and very knowledgeable, and his staff members are always polite, skilled and efficient. This is an unknown gem available to our city, and I recommend without reservation.
