I have very bad experience with this company, I have paid them advance almost two months before they conduct first visit to treat the WEED at my back and front yard. Their technician visit my lawn 03 times only with very bad job performance the weeds everywhere at the back and front yard.
I had contact them to find out what is going on they told me they fired the technician but I didn’t get any replacement or follow with them, later on I sent email to the company owner Mr. Kevin on July 25 2018 asking to refund my money and I didn’t get any response from him or his customer service, by the way I don’t think they good customer service.
I had phoned this company 4 times and the last time the owner promised that he will refund my money and until this date 30 Aug 2018 I didn’t get back nothing.
Finally it was bad experience with unprofessional people and I don’t recommend this company at all to my family or friends.
