The person who contacted me today was absolutely rude, had no respect and does not know how to talk to customers. I was trying to understand if extra options could be added to the package and he simply said if I pay you the same will you come and do my lawn?
This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and will you please train your customer service agents to be respectful at a minimum?

Hi there it's Morgan I remember speaking with you and I came out and did a free service for you as I felt you were not fully looked after.
I did do a follow up call with you and thought you were happy with me coming out and also wanted you to ask for me personally if you ever did want to work with us as I will make sure that you are treated properly.
