I cancelled Weed Man 2 years ago because of poor service and frequent calls to try and sell extra services - since then they have continued to harass me with calls and some mail although I have told then repeatedly to take me off their list and to stop calling

I would suggest calling that Weed Man office and I am sure they will correct this error. I am unable to assist you as your are out of my territory and Weed Man is a Franchise that is owned and operated by individual owners, but I assure you they will take care of this concern.
