just got off the phone with customer "service"...I've never been treated so disrespectfully. I spoke with Alvin who spent the better part of 15 minutes trying to convince me that when I called last year to cancel my services (a call that was logged on their end, including a summary of the conversation) ended up cancelling only any additional services and not the base contract! Clearly not the intention or the content of my call to them.
After arguing over the semantics of this for a long time he basically suggested that I'm not telling the and that I'm on the hook for $50 in subsequent charges (even though THEY did not cancel the contract as I had requested in the first place!).
I flat out asked him is it really worth losing a customer and damaging their reputation just to try to clawback $50? His answer -"I have to pay my technicians".
Bottom line- you're paying an average price to get very average work at best, totally unacceptable customer service and harassing frequent calls to "up sell" you!
