Our thermostat wasn’t working since it was reading 68F in July. I called the company that had installed both our AC and furnace. About a week later a service technician came. He didn’t seem to know what to do. He took the thermostat off the wall and went outside. When he come back it was reading 74F. He claimed that he had “reset” the thermostat and that it wasn’t necessary to replace it. A little while after he left it once again was reading 68F. We paid $145 for the service call but got no service and only bad advice. So I called Visic brothers on the recommendation of a friend. Marko called me back within a day and kindly offered to come as soon as possible since it was going to be very hot and humid in the coming days and my elderly mother was living in the house. He came and changed the thermostat and explained things to me. Marko was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. The thermostat is working perfectly. In the future I will call Visic brothers for our hearing and AC issues. I wish I had called them first. Would have saved $145. My mom and I thank you Marko!!
