I had a friendly and very informative estimate within a couple days of my initial phone... They started the job EXACTLY when they said they would, only took 1.5 days to install railing thru out my whole house, that included, taking out the old putting in the new, clean up and touch ups... There installers were very professional, knowledgeable and curious. I've had absolutely no issues with my railing indoors or out... Looks amazing, excellent price, me and my family could ask for more... Thank you. V.I.P railing.

We had outdoor railings installed and the hinges to the door rusted through within a year. Many phone calls to have someone come and repair the gate went unreturned. I finally spoke to the owner and he was to send someone out to fix it and never did. Repeated phone calls elicited same response - someone is coming. Never happened. I don't recommend based on poor product and poor customer service.

Excellent product (aluminum railing) with very efficient, professional installer who cleaned up after himself instead of leaving me a big mess like some do. Reasonable price and turnaround time. 2 years later railing still looks great. Easy and quick to book estimate. Helped me decide what product would work best and match with our windows. Recommended!

Replace the circular staircase and the railings is a big big job to a regular guy like me. You and I don't know whether a contractor is good until you need warranty service and/or your have an issue with their work and want them just to listen. Yes, listen to you is a good starting point, I don't expect many of them will really help to have issues or installation problems resolved. VIP Railing is an EXCEPTION to my experience in dealing with about twenty contractors in the last two years. Due to a hot renovation market, there was a 2 months delay. However, VIP Railings listened to, and addressed my issues and demanding concerns. Their workers were great, and really worked patiently and carefully to deliver good quality work. All my visitors tell my that my railings is a master piece for a very very reasonable price.
