We needed to replace a broken lock on our front door and called Victory Locks. Tom arranged to come out soon after my call and expeditiously and efficiently put in a new lock. It was nice to get an immediate response since another company we called wasn't able to come out till the next day and they couldn't guarantee that they would have the same lock which would have meant another delay!
Tom is very personable and more than willing to answer questions and explain anything you want to know. While at our house he reviewed the condition of the other door locks, which fortunately did not need repair.
I would highly recommend this company to my friends and would not hesitate to use this company again if I needed locksmithing services. Also, their base service charge was lower than other companies I called.
