From the moment I met Dan for my free in home quote, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We had been thinking about a whole home backup generator since the ice storm in 2013 when we lost power for 6 days. My sister used Dan/Vibe Electrical about 3 years ago and highly recommended him. Dan is responsive, respectful, set timelines and expectations and met/exceeded all of them. He gave regular updates during the 2 day process for the install and everything went smoothly. We are so happy with the whole experience we have already started referring our friends to Vibe Electrical and signed on for Dan to annually maintain the generator. Dan installed a Generac generator in my new home 3 years ago and the installation was seamless and included all permits and inspections.
Vibe have been doing the annual servicing and the performance of the equipment has been perfect without a moment of blackout when neighbours have been without power on the odd occasion.
