The vanity light I ordered never arrived when promised. They refused to return my deposit so I could buy another light quickly before my contractor left. The light fixture finally arrived 4 days later. The company refused to compensate me for all the inconvenience caused by the late delivery and insisted I pay the small outstanding balance of $41. Shame on Ultra Lighting for their atrocious customer service. I would never order a light fixture from them again!
