We wanted our carpeted family room to match the hardwood we had on our main floor along with the foyer that had three sepatrete carpeted sets of stairs to tie everything together.
The end result was amazing.

We have purchased carpet and services from this store back in 2012. Then the material was excellent price was right, quality and services were great.
Based on previous experiences, we have decided to go back to the same place for carpet when we moved to our new place in August 2015.
We did select new carpet/installation as per their recommendations. It was an expensive one and popular brand. But we have realized after the installation that the carpet quality was not as good as we had in the past.
Although, the Manager and their installers were still good but we were not impressed by the product this time. The warranty from this manufacture is very poor. I believe there is someone (supplier) called Kraus | Floors with More, who act on behalf of manufacturer doesn’t want to resolve the issue. We gave up this issue now as it was never been resolved. This was a bad experience and a good lesson for future.
I still give 9 of 10 for the services on store level because Ultra carpet tried their best to resolve the carpet stain issue from the manufacture through their supplier under the warranty.
I would recommend the retailer to stay away from this supplier/ manufacturer.

I had tiles installed in my kitchen 18 months ago. The tiles were poorly installed and had to be removed, so I decided to install hardwood. I stopped by Ultra Carpet and liked the customer service Noor provided. 2 installers showed up and removed the entire floor in a single day. the harwood was installed for the most part the next day, finsihed half way through the 3rd. The job looked amazing. Perfect job, I could not be happier. They were professional, polite, prompt and cleaned up after. They even did extra trim work that was out of scope.
If you need hardwood installed, no need to shop anywhere else. Go see Noor, you will not be sorry

My wife and I needed new carpeting for our home. We went to ultra carpet and spoke to one of the sales consultant. We spoke to Noor. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable and picked out a great carpet for our home. His installers were very professional when it came to installing our carpet. A very well and clean instalment. I would definitely go back for future renovations.

We just had oak hardwood flooring installed throughout our house by Noor and his installer Ray. They did an exceptional job. Noor gave us great advice in addition to excellent service. Ray is an exceptional installer and kept the workplace very clean. The installation was done perfectly, he got rid of the prior squeaks from old flooring. Months before, we had hardwood flooring installed by another company and it was a nightmare, the hardwood squeaked throughout the house. Working with Noor and Ray was such a delightful contrast as we were able to get exactly what we wanted and we love the flooring (Satin Finish hardwood).

This is the second time I have used Ultra Carpet and Flooring. Noor and his team did such an outstanding job with our hardwood throughout the house it was a no brainer to use them again for the basement. Noor recommended the type of cork that would work best. It was installed in one day perfectly. It is so beautiful we LOVE the warmth and feel underfoot. No loud clicking sounds like you get with laminate. Cork for the basement is the way to go! On time, trustworthy, quality job both times - highly recommended.
