Tyee Mfg

I came home from holidays to find that Tyee had delivered my patio slider and placed it in my backyard. I had specifically told them I would be out of town and asked them to deliver it on a specific day when I would be back in town. They then contacted my brother and asked him to pay the remainder of the balance. They knew the specifics and were very unreliable. My slider is now waiting to be installed sitting on my back concrete deck. My children will not be able to play outside until it is installed in hopes of preventing them from playing around it and having it fall on them.
I am very disappointed and find this very unprofessional.

I recently purchased an older home, the window were so old they were simply single panes of glass that slide on wooden tracks. The wood inside and trim where really nice and antique and I wanted to keep them but have new windows. Tyee not only gave me the best price around by far and did an excellent job preserving the wood i had asked. The installers where friendly, clean and quick. I had concerns about hiring Tyee after reading the previous review, but I have to say not only was I impressed but my friends and family when they see what a great job for an awesome price.

The windows themselves are excellent but the installers did a poor job. They did not insulate around the windows and they could not even bother to take out a window that was not even finished properly.
