Turco Persian Rug Company

A friend recommended Turco Persian Rug, when I spilled a large mug of coffee on my carpet. It was a huge stain and I'm pleased to say that they got most of it out, so that it is barely visible. They also got out stains from regular wear and tear, where other companies have not! Jennifer and Isaac, with whom I dealt on the phone, were incredibly lovely and honest to deal with. Also, the gentlemen who picked up and delivered my carpet back to me were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Pick-up and delivery times were very accurate and they called ahead, as requested! I would not hesitate to recommend Turco in the future.

We have been using Turco Persian Carpet Cleaning in Toronto for over 35 years, and have never been disappointed. We were first introduced to their service when we returned from Morocco with a Berber carpet. The colour design was magnificent in an Arabic design. When it came time to clean, we were concerned the colours may run. We trusted Turco Persian and the cleaning brought out the colour brilliance even more. Over the years, we have had several carpets cleaned, and have often referred our friends to the company. Recently, we had 2 carpets cleaned, both from the Middle East that needed to be freshened up. I had forgotten to ask about the fringe on one carpet as it was coming loose from the cat scratching. We were so happy when Turco Persian called us and mentioned the fringe was loose, and provided a very affordable price to repair, and secure all the fringe. Discreetly, they mentioned they offer a special (discount) price for seniors without our asking, and we were most appreciative. For more than thirty-five years, we have only known them to be highly reputable, honest company that take pride in their work. It is with pleasure we recommend their carpet cleaning services.

We have used the services of Turco Persian Rug Company a number of times over the past 25 years. In April of 2021 they picked up a large Keman carpet. It was returned and relaid in less tan 3 weeks, and looks fabulous. The quality of the work is superb. The pick up/delivery staff and very pleasant and obliging. We recommend Turco Persian.

I have been a customer of Turco Persian Rug Company for many years. My rugs were purchased while travelling and I have always taken them to Turco Persian Rug Company for cleaning and repairs. Tim and Issac treat me like family. I just picked up two rugs and dropped another off for cleaning and repair (due to a new puppy). I would not go anywhere else.

Entrusted them with six rugs, 5 Oriental and one Indian. 4 of 6 were returned damaged or ruined. Company claimed that’s how they were received. Absolutely not!

They suggested they would try and remedy by taking them back. Who in their right mind would trust them a second time. Requested a refund for the 4 damaged/ruined and was told ‘absolutely not.’

So much for ‘customer service!’

Have never posted a negative review before, this is a first and very unfortunate especially with a company that has been around a long time a consistently suggests they have a fine reputation.

Based on a recommendation from a family member I contacted Turco Persian for service. As a first time customer I was very pleased with the end result. My area rugs look brand new.

In contrast to companies I've used in the past Turco Persian's delivery men took the time to roll out the area rugs. They also moved some very heavy furniture items back into place for me.

Pricing is fair and their repair and cleaning service is second to none. My thanks to Turco Persian.

We have a treasured Persian carpet that was given to us by my Grandma. It needed cleaning and a small tear needed to be repaired. Isaac looked after this for us. He's the best. Can't even tell where the tear was.

Excellent work done on cleaning two of my silk bamboo rugs (dog puke is not easy to get out). Super friendly, well organized staff and quick turn around time. I called for service and they came to pick up the rugs within two days. I had my rugs back within a week with updates and a short delivery window with a phone call when on route. I've cleaned my rugs before (somewhere else) and Turco surpassed all of my expectations. My rugs look brand new! I highly recommend this company.
