I had an issue with the installation of a coil from a previous supplier that I had been dealing with for almost a year now. When I tried to register my product with Lennox, I was declined my 10 Year Extended Parts Warranty due to confusion with the coil that was installed - I was informed that the evaporator coil installed was registered to somebody else.
I decided to turn to a different supplier for a second opinion on whether the coil was an old product. Bob from Tropical Heating & Cooling came to conduct a site visit and review the product/installation. Bob confirmed that it was a brand new coil so I explained the situation about my warranty denial. Bob took it upon himself to go out of his way to help resolve my issue. I was blown away by his service given that the company who actually installed the coil dodged the situation and did absolutely nothing, even though it was their error. Bob reached out to Lennox and was able to secure the extended warranty on my coil. I was so impressed by the customer care from Bob, for going above and beyond to help me resolve my issue which was not even a result from their service. They are a trustworthy company with genuine employees who care about their customers. If I have any needs in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and I would definitely recommend them for any heating & cooling services.
