Raymond (Tripole Electronics) has been assigned by Samsung to service my Plasma TV which is still on warranty. He tried to fix the TV by replacing a part even he wasn't convinced that doing that will do any good: it didn't. When I asked him about the issue he came to fix he said that the TV cannot be fixed and he will fill an report for Samsung for getting a TV replacement. However, in his report he stated that the TV works normal... consequently Samsung refused to authorize my TV replacement.
At the end I'm in the same situation as at the beginning... except Raymond who made money by charging Samsung for replacing a part (even as he knew was useless)... I wouldn't recommend doing business Raymond (Tripole Electronics)
