Cassi and the team were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions, and provided guidance that was invaluable to my final decisions. The workers were extremely professional, and the work was completed within 1 day and exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation regarding using Torwin Windows & Doors in the future!

We had a very positive experience working with Torwin from start to finish. Cassi understood that this was a big purchase for us and showed us different door options, worked with us on multiple mock-ups, and even came on-site to ensure that the door colour we selected matched our brick exterior. When our door finally arrived, she was transparent that the colour of the door was a shade darker than expected and worked with the manufacturer to have the door re-done, inspected it to make sure it was perfect, and even asked for our approval before coming to install! Our patio door had a minor defect and Nick and Tom were quick to file the issue with the manufacturer to have it addressed immediately.

Cassi, Jody, Nick, Tom...the entire team at Torwin is the absolute finest in the business. When we decided to change our doors there was no question who we were going to hire. Torwin was hired by my parents to install new windows and doors approximately 25 or so years ago and the quality, installation and service was bar none hence, which is why we called Torwin to have them install our new front door and replace a single back door in our kitchen into a beautiful sliding door. The process was flawless, especially during these new challenging times during a pandemic. They did an absolutely beautiful job! Our neighbours are constantly stopping by! We have now also hired Torwin to replace our windows and we cannot wait. The Torwin team are extremely knowledgable and simply a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with my experience with Torwin, from the initial consultation with Tony to scheduling with Nick and then installation. The new basement windows look great and seem to have been installed perfectly.

We wanted to replace a balcony door and screen door that Torwin had installed 15 years ago (with many other windows in our house after a fire) with a full height window with casement. Torwin representatives were very responsive from the initial contact, through quoting, measuring, keeping in touch on the installation date and finally the installation. All staff were professional, courteous and helpful.
