Torwin Windows & Doors did an amazing job that completely transformed our house. We had 20 windows and 1 patio door replaced and we are so happy with the quality and workmanship. They provide great customer service and were so helpful in choosing the type of window and colour. The installation crew was great to work with and very attentive to detail and cleanliness.

Torwin answered my initial inquiry swiftly, provided a reasonable quote, sent someone to measure my windows promptly, then kept me up-to-date on when I could expect installation. The crew who installed my beautiful new windows were punctual, polite, as well as skilled and efficient. They also cleaned up any debris both inside and outside my home. Everything I could ask for and more!

Torwin installed three basement windows and two doors in my home. I am generally satisfied with the work -- the team was professional and the workmanship seems good. There is however room for improvement -- the installers started to caulk around the doors where they installed mouldings. This was only done partially with the majority of caulking ignored. I spoke with Torwin and was told they would fix this, but they never actually followed up. They booked a time, I waited, but no one showed up. I ended up having to finish the caulking myself.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Team. Very good communication as project had to be rescheduled a few times due to weather. Great product and professionally installed. Would recommend to anyone and will be using again for some other projects in the near future.

Find Tony, he will take care of you. We just installed 9 Armor brand windows to see how Torwin is and we are very happy with them so we came back to order more. We got black frames and they look gorgeous. Mr. Moon is also a fine installer. Overall, the best choice I made for my 2M home.

I had Torwin came and replaced a window and a sliding door for my personal residence. They were very accomodating for scheduling and even moved our install date up sooner then expected. The installer was efficient and did a great job. Would highly recommend them for any other window or door-related needs!

Knowing that this was going to be a major job and a large financial commitment, I wanted to ensure that we were making the best choice. I did my due diligence and research and was beginning to lose faith of finding a great company. Then I connected with Torwin Windows and Doors.
Not only were they quick to respond, but the owner himself came out to do the initial site visit visit to provide the quote. Jodi was a pleasure to deal with. He was respectful in our home and listened to our concerns and what we were looking for before he went over a number of options. Never did we feel like he was pushing the sale or trying to upsell us.
The quote process was easy and Jodi was amazing while we worked through options to make sure we were happy while staying within budget.
COVID set back our installation but they kept in touch with us every step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable while they were in our home and respectful of safety regulations.
The work was quick for a big job and the crew was very polite and kept the house as clean as possible. There was an issue with one of the windows, but they pointed it out to us before we had a chance to say anything and ensured it was corrected by the manufacture. The house was immediately more insulated, warmer (this was done in February) and quieter. The house was also cooler in the summer and we have noticed a difference in our heating and cooling bills.
We would definitely recommend them and in fact we have already done so.
This is a family run operation and they make you feel like you are a part of the family too.
