First and foremost our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. There was an error with the scheduling and we had you on our install schedule for this Wednesday to finish the caulking on the inside casing and we did not even know that we had you booked in before! If it wasn't for this post we would have showed up on Wednesday. Our sincerest apologies. This is not the level of service that we strive to provide.
