Very happy. Their sales people gave me good advice before I even committed to them and they were well organized for dealing with the Canada Greener Homes Grant. I'm pleased with the windows and the professionalism of the installers. I was expecting to have a fair bit of patching and painting to do inside, but it was minimal. In fact, the kitchen needed nothing but a damp cloth wiped over the window sill and counter before I put everything back. Not even a scratch on the paint around the window. And they even managed to incorporate some of the quarry tiles from the old window sills that had sentimental value for me. Will be calling on Torwin again when it's time to do the rest of the windows and/or doors.

We replaced the windows in our 100+ year home. The Torwin windows look great (white outside, black outside), are super easy to operate, have the best energy rating. Also, the company found a pragmatic solution to fit a window in front of our stained glass so we could retain that original detail of the house.

60 year old house needed new everything. Replaced exterior windows and doors (all with Torwin) over a period of years as funds allowed. We are super super happy with everything. Price was reasonable. Work was stellar. Especially happy with new front door with custom colour ... has stayed fade resistant literally as good as new. Didn't notice right away when one of the new window screens didn't seem to fit right. Called Torwin many months later and they fixed right away at no charge.

Torwin installed three basement windows and two doors in my home. I am generally satisfied with the work -- the team was professional and the workmanship seems good. There is however room for improvement -- the installers started to caulk around the doors where they installed mouldings. This was only done partially with the majority of caulking ignored. I spoke with Torwin and was told they would fix this, but they never actually followed up. They booked a time, I waited, but no one showed up. I ended up having to finish the caulking myself.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Team. Very good communication as project had to be rescheduled a few times due to weather. Great product and professionally installed. Would recommend to anyone and will be using again for some other projects in the near future.
