The old windows were taken away, and the yard cleared of any
discarded material. The veranda was even vacuumed after the
first part of the work was finished. Everything was left clean

We saw Torwin at the Toronto Home Show and were first attracted by the quality and simple lines of the windows appearing easily cleaned and maintained, and the fact custom trimming was available as we were interested in larger wooden sills. Jody the representative spoke very confidently about the product and maintained Torwin stands behind their product and workmanship and does whatever is required to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy. They most definitely did that.

After our original order we ordered 3 additional doors and some trim and there was an error made on the style of trim and hardware ordered that no one including myself picked up on until after the installation. Torwin was quick to rectify the problem and make sure everything was as we expected. The quality of the workmanship particularly with the window trimming was top notch and I can not say enough good things about Eduardo who came to do all the measuring and coordinated the installation. Every person we dealt with in the organization was professional and helpful. Overall we are very pleased with the windows and the doors. They have added to the attractiveness of our home and are more efficient in every way. I would most definitely recommend Torwin.

I guess like many, I thought a window is a window and it comes down to the best price for the best windows. I had not considered the quality aspect of installation or overall best value. We had our windows replaced by Torwin fifteen years ago. We had a crank that broke on one small window. The fixture was out of date but they had a supply of pieces that they used to give me a replacement. Overall I find their quality very high and their service excellent.

From my first appointment with the sales person I found them to be very knowledgable of each product they carried I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a high end product when my needs and budget were limited. We went thru all that they carried and decided on 2 product lines that would work best for me.

From the time my order was placed to the day of installation I was pleased with the customer service aspect and cost!
