Their installer Albino was amazing with such attention to detail. The craftsmanship is out of this world. Torwin has done work in our home on three different occasions, spanning several years, as we move towards fully replacing all our windows and doors. They have always done an excellent job and are friendly, professional, and helpful. The person that installed our blinds after one project even commented on the quality of the workmanship. In our latest project, Albino and his helper (sorry, didn't get his name!) kept right on working even through some nasty weather, and they were still pleasant about it and did a great job.

Notwithstanding torrential rains and coming out 3 times because of the rain, the guys from Torwin did an Amazing job - their workmanship, their dedication and the quality of the windows themselves are all Great. Top Notch. On the front end, Jodi was the most informative of all window companies and spends the time to educate his customers completely unlike some other companies. His product is a quality product and is his workmanship. Sales staff and follow up people are also top notch and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended.

Torwin is an excellent company with excellent sales and installation staff. Rob in sales did an excellent job explaining details regarding the windows and Cassi was very good at quickly responding to our concerns. I will definitely use Torwin again and will recommend to friends and family.

The salesman was clear, concise, honest and helpful in recommending the right doors. The service people were prompt, did a great job and the clean up was perfect. The install mgr came by after the installation was complete and made sure we were totally satisfied. The price was competitive with other bids.

We embarked on an extensive exterior home improvement project in the Spring of 2013 with Rob, the sales rep from Torwin. Rob was very helpful in guiding us through the process of planning and selecting the right materials and managing our expectations throughout the whole project. A project of this size is not without it's hiccups, but whatever issues came up, they were resolved to our satisfaction. We appreciated Rob's attention to the project and if a concern arose, he was right there. JP the lead contractor was friendly and took the time to explain the project. Wouldn't be fair also not to mention Nick and Cassi in the Torwin office who kept us informed and were there to help coordinate scheduling and general customer service. We were happy with the materials used, the colours we choose and would recommend Torwin for anyone looking for a great doors/window/siding contractor. In the end, the project was on time, on budget, and extensive follow-ups were made to us to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction.
