We have had 2 service calls from Toronto Home Comfort this past year. Our air conditioner unit stopped working in the summer. A different company said it was a simple problem and told us to purchase and replace a part. The part was very difficult to find and didn't solve the problem and we didn't get reimbursed.
Toronto Home Comfort was much more thorough, did multiple tests and finally discovered the source of the issue was a hidden, but exposed part of the electrical line that had been chewed on by a squirrel. That kind of discovery took tenacity and problem solving skills.
More recently, our gas fireplace wasn't working. Toronto Home Comfort came quickly and again solved the problem.
