Purchased these floors because they look and feel gorgeous. The company had numerous claims of durability.
Had them installed in our home and within one week the floors looked like a skating rink. It seems that everything will scratch this floor even light vacuuming with a stick vacuum.
We are so dissapointed with this product. We contacted the dealer and they said the 25 year warranty does not cover scratches. I wanted to deal with Torlys and allow them to rectify the issue before we posted online but they did not care to respond.
We wanted to do our entire house in this flooring to match; however, the quality is awful. Our .99 cent laminate hold up better.
