Top Line Air Duct Cleaning Inc.

Work was done in 2010. We had just pruchased the home and the air ducts had never been cleaned. Top Line showed us what was in the air ducts before and after. They explained what they were doing and why. The whole thing was very quick and painless. They were very polite and did a good job - thank you! My only word of caution is that if they try to sell you an air filter - don't do it. It's cheaper to get it elsewhere.

Shawn and his team at Top Line Duct Cleaning did an excellent job overall. They came on time and got everything fixed on the spot. They even addressed my issues and explained to me the causes. The entire process was smooth and painless. I just want to say thanks for the amazing job and we will definitely see again in near future.

Unprofessional service. Damaged our walls and scratched our paint off the walls with their vaccuum hose. Their van sprayed greasy oil all over our car and driveway from their vacuum exhaust. They sprayed all the dirt down from the main floor into our basement. We had to vaccuum all the dust off our furniture and clothes. They tried bullying my wife to clean the furnace at a "discount" rate. Apparently, their discount rate means you get discount service. To top it off, they tried to do it under the table by not wanting to write a receipt for us, after we paid. Can't believe people on this site actually would recommend them.

I submitted a review on Dec 27th based on my negative experience with dealing with this company. I am happy report that my initial complaint has been personally resolved by the leadership of this company and I am now very happy with their response. It turns out that the poor service was as a result of a third party's poor communication. Once the owners/management became aware, the problem was resolved very promptly and they took special care to give it their personal touch. I would definitely recommend this company now on the basis of their superior customer service. My previous review is no longer relevant.

Top Line did a great job there team was vary friendly and well informed. i use the company before they showup with small van and hand vaccum whic i was knew not going to remove all contruction dust im very please TopLine came with truck mount equipment and done a right job i will using them again for my house keep it up guys thank to TOPLINE.
