I highly recommend The Floor Shop in Etobicoke. Larry Willmott was extremely helpful from the start. I couldnt decide between cork floors or engineered hardwood (to install over tile in my kitchen) and he gave me a number of samples to take home (several times) and lots of advice on the merits of each. He was patient with my indecision and always friendly and willing to offer his expert advice on the phone, email or in his shop. I thought his estimate was reasonable and the entire process went very smoothly. The installers were fantastic - on time, perfectionist, friendly and professional. I love my new cork floor and will definitely go to The Floor Shop again if I need any flooring renos done in my house. Thank you!

We replaced carpet in 3 bedrooms with hardwood and our experience throughout the process was great...from placing the order with Susan, measurements done by James and the great installation work done by Wojtek and Arek. They also did a great job at keeping the dust down and cleanup at the end of each day.

Im writing to recognize the stellar work done by The Floor Shop in installing laminate flooring in my condo living room and bedroom. Wojtek and Arek arrived on time, took efforts to install the planks precisely in rooms filled with nooks and crannies, demonstrated how to maintain the floor and even cleaned up thoroughly at days end. Im so pleased! Even the walls seem to glow a little more against the new floor!

I placed the order in November 2021 with a promised delivery date in February. They met the delivery date and the installation date as promised. They did a very professional installation.

I was very pleased with my hardwood floors. The workmanship was excellent and the house looks so modern and upgraded. I researched three different companies, and decided on this one because I liked the wood that they offered as well as the knowledge and professionalism of their sales staff. They spent a lot of time with me answering questions. The next step is to finish the stairs. I will consider the Floor Shop for my stairs as I had a very good experience with my floors and because I trust them.

When shopping for a new hardwood floor, the shop staff were very helpful and after shopping around we decided to use them. The installation was scheduled and performed on time. The installation crew were very careful to keep our home clean and avoid damaging it despite some narrow clearances. They were careful to tell us what they were doing, patient with our questions and invited us to inspect all aspects of the work. We are very pleased with the result and the courtesy and professionalism of the crew.
