Clean, fair priced, decent and diligent work from an honest and knowledgeable contractor. Joe is well planned, meticulous and prepared. Joe made sure that he understood the problem before arrival, gave multiple quotes for different possible outcomes and provided instructions for his and our safety during COVID-19 lock down. Upon arrival, he identified the root cause of the problem quickly and fixed the problem explaining each step, ensuring that only the necessary repair was done, nothing more, nothing less. He stayed as long as necessary to ensure that the problem was solved for good and gave his assurances that he will stand behind his work if although unlikely, the problem comes back. Very satisfied.
