I've used Joe before when I've had issues with my washing machine and fridge. I've always been impressed with his service. He'll ask about the make and model and the issue, and with that he'll have the parts on hand for most of the common issues before he comes.
I emailed him last night - my dishwasher was fixed by noon!
He's a super nice guy, but he's also a real pro.
