Fantastic service from a guy who really cares about doing great work!
If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Joe, you'll tell right away that he takes pride in his work. I've never had such great experiences with repair calls until I met him.
This is the second time I've used Joe's services. First time around, he replaced the glides in my dryer. This time, I was having trouble with my washer which wasn't draining or finishing its spin cycle.
Joe came in his usual timely fashion, had a look, and immediately addressed the issue right away. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision as to whether or not I should replace the part that was acting up. In this case, I opted not to, likely saving myself a good chunk of money.
