I have worked with Joe 4 times now, and I have never been disappointed. We have a rental unit, and if ever anything goes wrong, I know he will not only return my call no later than the following morning, but he will promptly show up to the job site and take care of the problem.
Joe is always extremely professional, kind and focussed. It is not uncommon for him to go above and beyond in his service and thoroughly explain not only what he is doing and why, but also how you can keep the appliance running smoothly and extend its life.
