I hired Terzo to maintain my rental property lawn in the 2013 season. The package was suppose to be inclusive of weed control. Before hiring Terzo, the lawn was virtually weed free. During the course of the season, I noticed more and more weeds popping up and repeatedly asked if the proper chemicals were being applied to which I was told yes. The grass was cut religiously once per week as promised. In April 2014 I tried reaching Corrado multiple times to ensure my property was on his list for spring clean up etc. I called, emailed and tried his online chat feature all to no avail for over 3 weeks - I thought he went out of business. He finally called me back and advised he is changing his business and no longer serving the Pickering area. 2 weeks later I see him and his crew at the school around the corner from my house. I tried to approach him and he walked away as though he couldn't' be bothered to speak to me. Now i'm left w/ a weed ridden lawn and searching for a new company to help recover it. Not a happy customer! :(
