Our move, during a renovation, could've been very stressful, but the Taylor team really made the day stress free and everything went very smooth, even the packers the day before, who packed half the kitchen and wall pictures.
Definitely recommend them and would use them again!

Tyler and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. They handled everything with care and were very efficient. They had us packed and moved in 5hrs. Very impressed.

Great service friendly movers. They take care of your things. Shrink wrapped and blanketed my coffee table. Its linoleum but insisted they take care of it. Personable and communicative. Would definitely recommend.

Professional team were punctual, polite and very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They helped to manage our international move from Australia with no issues and answered all our questions along the way.

I am not satisfied at all and can not recommend this company for international moves for a few reasons:
1. Sales person is not keeping promises. You agree with her about house visit, she doesn't come and doesn't call. You need to chase her and finally end up discussing things over the phone while she is driving and you barely can hear each other;
2. This company failed to advise me that I was going to ship much less than I was paying for (actually, MUCH less). I ended up paying 3600 USD for shipping 2500 lb (that is the minimum they ship), thinking that it was the estimated weight of my shipment. As I wanted to be sure I do not exceed 2500 lb, I had to leave behind a lot of stuff that I would otherwise place into the shipment. Why not they give a rough estimate of the actual shipment weight and make sure customer understands that? I hope that is not done intentionally as it is very unfair from customer perspective when international shipment is so expensive.
3. In spite the company claimed a certain time window for the delivery, they didn't keep it.

Our experience with this company was outstanding. From the minute we engaged them they were very professional and extremely helpful. The crew that assisted us was very hard working and efficient. Extremely pleasant to deal with and made a stressful move seem easy. They were very accommodating with any of our requests. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I wouldn’t hestitate to hire them again or recommend them. Great job by all. Thanks to all Kathie and Bruce

From the initial estimation to our final moving day, Taylor movers made it a breeze. Debbie, the estimator was helpful, cheerful and left no stone unturned in the estimation. The movers arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and prepared to get to work They worked quickly and efficiently, were very courteous, friendly and professional. They completed the move on time, without damage or any breakage. Thank you to the Taylor team for making this portion of our move less stressful.

From our initial meeting with Debbie to the last carton brought in by Corey and his crew, Taylors team performed without a hitch. Professional, hard working and good natured describes the people at Taylor. They made our long distance move almost ...enjoyable;)
