I got my roof done and the work they did is unheard of!!!! please do your self a favor look for other company this one is unreliable.
They use a big short cuts,cheep materials and the workmanship is very very poor.
And the supervisor(warranty guy) Shawn doesn't return phone calls,a his workmanship is awful.
Seriously do not deal with this company at the and u will be thankful u got someone else.That's just my 0.02 cents

What could this company do to improve their services?
Improvement there is too many.Employers attitude needs to change and train their workers to perform a excellent job because they wouldn't do this poor job on theirs own roof
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Do your self a favor, hire some one else

New roof on our house

Roofing review in New Westminster

All and all we had a very good experience with Taves Roofing, Tony was punctual and answered any questions. Also the Twins who did our roof were polite and really cared about there workmanship. I would definalty and have referred Taves Roofing.

Taves came in did our roof and did a good job and we are happy. They did our roof when the weather was good and we did not get wet.
