Weedman - Worst service ever and lot of false commitments
PLease be aware and read all the reviews in the forum befor you choose weedman for lawan treatment.
There strategy of weedman company is " they will send the sales man and who will agree to minimum price you would like to negotiate and agree but once your start the service they will deliver on what was committed".
They will not service the entire property, they will never inform the schedule upfront and just t come up during odd times and service the property with out any inforamtion.
They also claim follow up service is free if we continue to see weeds after the treatment but if you call customer service there customer service represetative will confirm that its already been scheduled and technician will be at the property on Friday and they keep provide false commitmnets and drag untill actuall scheduled service date.
Also ever person you speak claims to be manager but have no control or knowledge on scheduling .
Field engineers are good and provide good recommendation but there management provide conflicting information and do not schedule service per condition of lawn but simply follow their schedule.
I would not recommend this company and would advise to be carefull talking to managers as they are very convincing and polite untill you have made the paymnet and once payment is done then suddenly tone changes and start telling execuses for not delivering or meeting commitments .
