mike provided reliable service. he expained things carefully so that we were well informed about a complicated job. they made sure to leave their shoes at the door, not tracking dirt throughout the house. mike was an excellent supervisor of his support staff. it all worked, pricing was fair. sommerville was referred to us by my mother - she was happy with them as well.
