Called Sutton & Sons to replace a washer water pump. First let me say that I did a lot of online research for appliance repair, found many highly rated that had addresses in mall parking lots, no physical address. Also reviews numbered in the hundreds for business that have only been around for a couple of years, as well they all sounded alike.. Didn't take the bait or risk for these.
Anyway, after contacting Sutton in Hamilton, they actually offered to sell me the part if I wanted to save some money, decided to have the install done by them. They are in a few words "PROFESSIONAL' & "HONEST". What we paid is what was quoted and agreed to, Shane was upfront and answered all our questions and reviewed the quoted price so no hidden fees.
I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if we have another appliance breakdown.
