I hired SQRC after interviewing and getting quotes from 3 contractors for a first floor reno that included structural work to the back wall of the house. What impresses immediately about Florin is his orientation toward customer service and his meticulous nature. I asked for a "no surprises" budget which would anticipate all likely costs and Florin took the time to look into walls to make sure he knew what was in them. As a result, the job was right on budget and any "extras" were initiated by me and approved. Florin was was also very accommodating with special requests (he helped me move my furniture to a storage) often without charge. SQRC guys were all top notch and pleasant. The quality of all the work was excellent. While there were some minor delays when I wished the job would have moved more quickly, it seemed this was when Florin was overwhelmed with other jobs and not because of neglect or indifference. The one hitch was the very late delivery of the door/window unit, which was blamed on a supplier. Overall very happy.
