We have worked with Florin and his staff on multiple renovations, both inside and outside our home. The work has been well managed, completed on time and the areas under renovation have been spotless. Florin explains every step of his process in great detail, kept us well informed of the progress of the work and answered all our questions. Florin and team were great to work with. Quality of work, customer service do not vary whether it is a big or small job. The whole renovation was executed seamlessly, with each team member very courteous and coming in knowing what they need to do. At the end of each day, the site is always left clean with everything put back to where they were. First time to have a contractor who actually worked for you, who adjusted according to your schedule and not you adjusting to their schedule. This company was a delight to work with...I actually enjoyed the whole renovation process. The initial consultation led to a clear plan and outline of costs and time frame. The work started and finished on time with regular updates provided to me. Care was taken to manage cleanup, and abide by all condo corporation requirements in a professional and pleasant manner. The work was of an excellent standard with consistent attention to details in the quality of products and workmanship. At times where decisions had to be made, the pros and cons of each option were laid out clearly for me. My ideas were given full consideration and incorporated.

Florin is excellent and his contractors superior. You will not have any concerns about the quality of the work or the timeliness of the delivery. The price is likely higher than most, but you are paying for the expertise of a top-notch project manager who has sourced excellent subcontractors (like Olympic Kitchens) and who will not rest until everything is completed to perfection. Once the sticker shock has subsided, and the work is complete, you will realize it is money well spent.

Florin is a perfectionist and goes beyond the work quoted to ensure the end product is absolutely to his and our satisfaction. Questions are addressed quickly and suggestions/solutions reviewed thoroughly. He turns up regularly to inspect progress and is not adverse to getting involved in the renovation work. Florin's team work very hard. They are courteous, professional and friendly. Every evening they clean up and dispose of the day's garbage. The original work quoted was indeed on time/on budget. We opted to have additional work completed and completely trusted Florin's judgement and the additional cost involved. We were not disappointed. To have a contractor/team you can trust, be totally satisfied with and delighted at the extras put into the renovation enables us to highly recommend Florin, without reservation. We will definitely use him again. As for our latest major renovation, it is truly awesome.
