The seal is leaking in my sliding door and there is a foggy condensation between the panes. I called to ask for assistance with how to resolve the problem and was instantly yelled at because I am a homeowner and they are the manufacturer. After several attempts to find out how I might resolve the issue and being yelled at the receptionist just hung up on me. They clearly do not stand by their products. A manufacturer should be able to provide a suggestion of what type of company could repair the issue if they don't offer this service. A receptionist should do his/her job and politely answer people's questions or refer you to someone else if they don't know.
