This company took my money and did not provide any written quotes or invoices. I have no idea how much my flooring actually cost and when I confronted the owner, he said he had not done the paperwork. I have been left thinking Martin owes me a refund. I have tiles that are now cracked and unable to contact Summit Flooring to fix my flooring. There is also a flaw in the hardwood flooring which cannot be fixed. Very unsatisfied with the promises from Summit Flooring and Martin in general.

Summit Flooring ceased operations more than 3 years ago. In this case, our policy of giving our customers a one year warranty on workmanship has long since expired. We would think the reviewer would have brought any concerns to our attention long before now, so have serious doubts in the validity of their comments.
Incidentally, contrary to the statement in the review, the concerns raised in the complaint could have been resolved quite easily, had they been brought to our attention and had they been valid. Had we been made aware of them, we would have sent a representative to inspect their concerns, but suspect they didn't pursue it knowing the issues were most likely as a result of a busy lifestyle, or some other unknown issue, and not warranty issues.
This site, as well as social media are useful tools to help people. But there are those who choose to abuse them. This review seems to be the latter.
