Warning. Use Factor X-Terminators at your own risk. This company failed to complete work it was paid for. Nearly $2,000 of work of a $3,635 job was not done. The work was scheduled for the last weekend of April 2010 & now it is nearly the first weekend of September 2010 & the matter has not been resolved despite the company admitting that the job was incomplete. They will not return the money or finish the job in a professional manner.
David Recinos the current operations manager claims the job will get done & customer satisfaction is their number one goal but as of yet I have had no satisfaction from Factor X-Terminator.
