From the beginning when I purchase my furniture from these people, I had a lot of trouble including: not returning my phone calls, not responding to my e-mails and a voice mail that was always full, as well as waiting about one hour for the manager to show up !! Their excuse was that their computer system was down! This raises another question: How could an organization that claims to do sales online have no IT support? Also, when I wanted to pay the balance I was told that one item has been cancelled without my approval. I definitely do not recommend Sterling House Interiors to any one. Please do not waste your time, money and avoid unnecessary stress, dealing with these people. You are better off elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend any one I know to shop there.
