I had some two week old pet urine stains on my brand new designer couch. I had tried to clean it myself but ended up making it worse.
I called Jay at Steam Kleen and he came the SAME DAY to clean it. The couch looks and smells great and he even deodorized my king mattress and cleaned another chair on the house!
After being told my another top homestars cleaning company (416-G0-CLEAN) over the phone that my couch was ruined I was so pleased to see it restored to like new condition.
