We were very pleased with the performance, hard work and quality of the work done. Spiro was very clear in explaining and outlining the work to be done and the benefits of certain aspects such as turbine vents for better air circulation. The workers did an excellent job of cleaning up debris afterward. Spiro's price was fair and we felt very confident in his word and promise of satisfaction. Spiro and his workers were kind, honest and respectful.

Our entire roof was rebuilt including plywood sheeting and we replaced our eavestroughs at the same time. The work was done efficiently and the clean up was exceptional. We were very pleased with the results and have recommended Spiros to friends and family.

Spiros Aluminum and crew came and put on a new roof and new eavestroughs on our home a week or so ago and we are ecstatic about the job they did. The new roof and new eaves make our 1964 house look beautiful. Spiros and crew did an amazing job not only with that but we were so pleasantly surprised by the quality and care they took in the small details of the job. The cleanup was phenomenal---you couldn't even tell that they had been there---not a bit of debris or garbage left behind. Spiros was extremely professional---came when he said was going to come to do the job, completed the job as promised and his pricing was fair and honest---couldn't have asked for a better contractor. We recommend him highly.

Spiros changed my three cracked skylights and replaced my front door to a solid fiberglass door. They were on time, knowledgable about there products, cleaned up after themselves. The most exceptional service I ever have had. Look forward to doing bussiness with him again.

This is a company with outstanding subcontractors. Excellent communications. Meticulous work. Very personable. Willing to let me watch their work. Left the exterior of the house clean, and took considerable time to make sure of that. I'd recommend very highly.

Spiros replaced the roof on my first home about 15 years ago, so when I needed a new roof on my current house, I went back to look at my old bungalow and the roof was still perfect so I had Spiros do my new roof and it's perfect as well. I even had him replace the eaves on my house as the previous ones where leaking and they are the best ones in my neighbourhood as well.

My mother was a past customer of Spiros. She had two roofs installed by him. She advised me to call and get a quote and get him to do the job. I did and I have never looked back. I am extremely happy with the excellent workmanship, cleanup and customer service that Spiros offers and his quote for the job was less than three other contractors. He even patched up a portion of my roof where tiles had blown off in the wind, prior to doing the job to avoid any water damage to my home. I recommend Spiros Aluminum and Roofing highly!!!

5years ago, the representative from Spiros Aluminum & Roofing came out to provide us with a quote when promised and the work was competently completed in a timely manner, with all debris removed from the property. The firm was asked to return for some corrective maintenance about one year later and did a satisfactory job. 5 years have passed, since the original work was done and I was pleasantly surprised when we called the company to come to the house for some minor maintenance (some flashings and tiles had lifted) and the response was immediate (same day service).We are happy with their overall after-service commitment.
