Jerry came gave a quote all went well with installation Dec 2011. The problem started a year after it was install an animal got into the soffit I called the company and they said someone would come out. Never heard from them, it was a small break in the soffit so I didn't worry too much and since i never really look up there often I forgot about it. Last year 2016 I emailed them and they said someone would look at it, since by this time was getting worse - again no one came. I have called and emailed again this year 2017 to get someone out to repair it apparently they have no one to do this. Its rather frustrating to try and get this repair done I don't feel like I should have to chase them year after to year to get a small repair done but now. I still hope to get this resolved.

Have received a call from Jerry who is working on resolving this issue.
I will update this review as needed. Again there was no problem with the original work. It was the follow up repair of a racoon wreaking the roof.
May 23, 2017 Left another message and the roof is getting worse. Wind has blow part of it off.
