Online bed frame order. Carton arrived damage from FedEx Missing parts. Three efforts to get part replaced and still not successful. Promised follow ups and never did. Finally shipped part and it was the wrong part even though customer service understood exactly what the part was.
This process has taken 6 days so far. Countless hours on the phone. They don't seem to care.
