Wayne and his team worked very hard for us to turn a poorly designed, unused space on our main floor into a working kitchen. We are thrilled with the completed project! Workers were pleasant and tried to accommodate us as much as we tried to accommodate them. The price was very fair and the end result is a high quality job. The only negative would be the length of time the project took to complete - twice as long as anticipated. My advice: get all the information up front, assume nothing and ask more questions than you think are necessary. Don't expect that there won't be any glitches as many things are outside of the contractor's control. In fact, expect that there will be surprises at every turn (delays for building permits, engineers drawings, busy tradespeople, unexpected plumbing and electrical work, changes to designs) and try not to get too attached to the completion date. (Our job was further complicated by Christmas holidays.) Nonetheless, Wayne and his team are great people that worked hard and produced good work for us. We'd use them again!
