Serenity Pools Inc

The workmanship is poor and unfinished. I hired Serenity pools to re due the existing pool, all stonework, deck in the rear yard and new front entrance. The work is not completed. The front entrance is coming apart, paint chipping and the wrong product was used. The grass area was not fixed after the renovation and they after several attempts to ask for work to be fixed, replaced and finished it is not done. The customer service is horrible. They do not call you back and do not stand by their workmanship or warranty. They are not clear on what warranties they offer. Customer beware of this contractor.
